Based in St. Paul, Minnesota, High-Yield Methods (HYM) is a boutique consultancy that works with only a small group of clients at any one time. We serve clients across North America—and occasionally beyond. Our practice includes two closely related focal points:

1. Helping clients improve customer alignment
   a. Aligning process with customer-centric strategies
   b. Aligning technology with process
   
2. Redesigning office (nonmanufacturing) business process
   a. Enterprise-wide
   b. In specific functions such as customer service, sales, marketing, order processing, HR, or supply chain

In addition to our human skill sets in these areas, we also rely on two very effective, proprietary tools:

1. VISUAL WORKFLOW: VW provide process analysis and design power in office work
   environments similar to what Lean and Six Sigma provide in manufacturing.
2. Hyper-Planning: For clients that have not yet migrated to customer-centric business strategies, Hyper-Planning provides a reduced cycle-time but intense planning regimen designed to reshape your strategies without reshaping your calendar.

While our core positions are internally staffed, we also maintain close relationships with partners in market research, training, technology development, HR operations and compliance and manufacturing process.
